STEP 1.Peel & roughly chop the ripe mangoes & blend it nicely smooth, in a blender jar & make its purée
STEP 2.Strain & boil this purée by mixing the measured sugar to it & reduce its quantity to almost half & set aside
STEP 3.Now, in a mixing bowl Add in the hung curd & the this thickened mango purée & whisk well until its absolutely fluffy
STEP 4.And add in some finely chopped dry fruits (optional)
STEP 5.Plate out into the serving bowls or platters- Garnish it with handful of the dry fruits
STEP 6.Now serve chilled mango srikhand
