Ingredients for Mango Spinach Smoothie Recipe
1 cup
cup Alphonso mango
2 tbsp
Roasted rolled oats
2 tbsp
Honey
2 pieces
2-3 pieces
1 cup
Homemade coconut milk
4 Stalks
spinach leaves medium sized
2 pieces
2-3 pieces
1 tbsp
diced alphonso mango pieces to garnish
1 g
Finely chopped almonds flakes to garnish
Directions: Mango Spinach Smoothie Recipe
STEP 1.
In mixer grinder jar add chopped mango, oats, honey, almond flakes.
STEP 2.
In it pour homemade coconut milk. Blend for few minutes.
STEP 3.
Add roughly chopped spinach leaves. Blend again to smooth mixture.
STEP 4.
Pour in tall serving glass. Add icecubes.
STEP 5.
Garnish with diced mango and almond flakes.
STEP 6.
Serve/Relish Delicious Healthy Mango-Spinach Smoothie immediate.
