STEP 1.First pour the yoghurt on a cotton cloth and hang it for at least 1 hour
STEP 2.After the water is drained, pour it in a bowl and beat it very well. . It will be like cream.
STEP 3.Now you have to mix powdered milk and powdered sugar.
STEP 4.You have to make puree by removing the shell from 1 mango. Mango puree and cardamom powder should be mixed well with the prepared curd mixture. Mango Shrikhand was made.
For the bowl
STEP 1.In a pan fry vermicelli till red with butter
STEP 2.Mix condensed milk with it and make it like sticky .
STEP 3.Now mix the mango essence with the sticky vermicelli mixture and place it in the cupcake mould so that it is shaped like a bowl. Leave it in the freeze to cool and demould it
For decoration
STEP 1.Make some puree of remaining mango and take it in a pan and make it like jelly with sugar and cornflour
STEP 2.Roast the lotus seeds in a frying pan and then toss in the jelly
For final platting
STEP 1.Pour Shrikhand over the cup for garnish, spread mango jelly tossed makhana and remaining mango crumbs in it and serve cold ‘Mango Shrikhand Bowl’.
