STEP 1.1. Firstly Cut Bread in Round pieces with help of cookies cutter . And Heat ghee in Fry pan.
STEP 2.2. Now Deep fry Bread in hot ghee till then it become crispy Golden brown then take out in a plate.
STEP 3.For Sugar Syrup :- Firstly take a pan add sugar with water and let it boil tI'll it become 1 string consistency .Make it bit cool add bred in Sugar syrup after 5 min take out in plate.
STEP 4.4.For mangi Rabdi :- Firstly Boil milk in a wok . Once it comes to a boil, reduce to low heat Keep stirring at regular intervals, pushing the layer of malai (top of milk) that forms on the top towards the sides of the vessel. Continue to do this till the milk is reduced to less than half of the original quantity.
STEP 5.5 When the milk would have reduced Add cardamom powder milk powder and half of the chopped nuts and mix. continue to simmer the mixture till it reaches a third of the original quantity.add saffron and mix well. Turn off heat and allow to come to room temperature.add Honey mix well.
STEP 6.6. Add the mango puree and mix well till well combined. Remove to a bowl and chill for a couple of hours. Mango Rabdi is Ready to serve.
STEP 7.7. Now in a plate Firstly Spread mango rabdi then place Sweet bread garnish with Mango chunks , dryfruit and Mango shah tukda is ready to Serve.
