  • 1/2 cup Dairy Free Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, blend fresh mango pulp until smooth.
  • STEP 2.In a non-stick pan, heat dairy-free milk and sugar on low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  • STEP 3.Add the mango pulp to the pan and cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 4.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • STEP 5.Grease a plate or tray with a little oil and transfer the mixture onto it.
  • STEP 6.Spread the mixture evenly and let it cool completely.
  • STEP 7.Once cooled, cut the mango sandesh into desired shapes and serve chilled.
