Ingredients for MANGO SANDESH Recipe

  • 1/5 cup Cottage cheese / paneer -
  • 1/5 cup Mango pulp -
  • 0.80 tbsp Sugar -
  • 1/20 tsp Cardamom powder -
  • 1/5 tbsp Almonds -

Directions: Mango Sandesh Recipe

  • STEP 1.We mashed the paneer / cottage cheese very well and make a soft an d smooth dough.
  • STEP 2.In non stick pan cook mango pulp and sugar and stir continuously till the mango pulp thickens.
  • STEP 3.Add paneer / cottage cheese and stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides
  • STEP 4.Switch off the gas.
  • STEP 5.Let once cooled add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • STEP 6.We knead it and make sandesh.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with almonds in the center.
