STEP 1.Fristly boil milk, after boiling milk. Least cool for 3-4 minutes.
STEP 2.Futher add lemon juice in the milk, milk becomes curdle.
STEP 3.Now sieve curdle milk in Muslim clothe.
STEP 4.And squeeze extra water, chenna becomes ready.
STEP 5.Add ready chenna into a pan,add mango puree, sugar and cook until mixture becomes dry.
STEP 6.Now add pinch of food colour mix it well.
STEP 7.Futher add cardamom powder and combined well.
STEP 8.Make shapes of sandesh from this mixture. Also garnishing with chopped pistachios.
STEP 9.Ready sandesh for bhog and serve.
