STEP 1.Pour 1/2 cup Water In 1 ltr Milk. Now Heat The Milk In Medium Flame.
STEP 2.After that take 4 tbsp Lemon juice and mix 4 tbsp Water with it. When The Milk begins to rise pour the Lemon Juice,the milk will Begin To Curdle.
STEP 3.After that turn off the Gas. Strain the water immediately using a Strainer. Pour it in a Muslin Cloth lined over a Colander and Wash it with water and remove the water properly . Hang the chena for 5 mins.
STEP 4.Now transfer the Chena in a plate and mash it properly using lower palm for 5-7 mins. Add 3/4 cup sugar and mix well.
STEP 5.Make mango puree using mixer grinder .
STEP 6.In a kadhai put the Chena Mixture keep stirring, when the sugar melts completely add 3 tbsp condensed milk, mix until its semi liquid. Now add mango puree Keep stirring until it becomes thick.
STEP 7.Switch off the flame, keep stirring time to time and let it cool down. You can make any desired shape you want .
