Mango rawa kesari or Mango sheera is a delicious dessert made from suji, milk, nuts and mango pulp. It can be served as lunch time dessert or festival occasion.
STEP 1.1) Soak saffron strands in little milk and keep aside. Soak almonds and pistachios in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Then remove skin and make flakes.
STEP 2.2) In a pan heat ghee. Add suji and roast on low flame until slightly golden and nice aroma release.
STEP 3.3) On the other stove bring milk to boil.
STEP 4.4) Add hot milk carefully and gradually in roasted suji and stir well.
STEP 5.5)when suji absorbs milk add sugar, saffron milk and mango pulp. Mix well. Stir until ghee separates. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
STEP 6.6) Add almond and pistachios flakes. ( keep some for garnish). Mix them.
STEP 7.7) Delicious Mango rawa kesari is ready to serve.
