In summer we need to want something cool recipe.i make this cool mango raita its indian cuisine.its taste is littil spicy n sweet also.mostly raita eat along with biryani,pulav or side dish ..
STEP 1.Firstly wash and pill the mango.and cut into pices
Tack grinder jar add mango pices ,green chili and coriander n pudina leaves .grind it make fine pulp..
STEP 2.Now tack a big bowl beat curd add this pulp ,black salt ,cumin pwdr and raita masala.
STEP 3.Mix it well refigrate it 15min.remove from freedze servevin a bowl garnish with some pices of mango..
STEP 4.And enjoye cool cool raita in summer..
