Ingredients for Mango raita Recipe

  • 1/4 g Mango
  • 1/4 Cups Bowl curd
  • 1/2 g pices green chili
  • 1/4 g Green coriander n pudina leaves
  • As Required Black salt as per required
  • 1/4 tsp raita masala
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds pwdr
  • 1/4 g Some pices of mango

Directions: Mango Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly wash and pill the mango.and cut into pices Tack grinder jar add mango pices ,green chili and coriander n pudina leaves .grind it make fine pulp..
  • STEP 2.Now tack a big bowl beat curd add this pulp ,black salt ,cumin pwdr and raita masala.
  • STEP 3.Mix it well refigrate it 15min.remove from freedze servevin a bowl garnish with some pices of mango..
  • STEP 4.And enjoye cool cool raita in summer..
