  • 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1/4 Raw Mango, Peeled And Chopped
  • 1/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chana Dal
  • as needed A Few Curry Leaves
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as required Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the rice and set it aside to cool.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and curry leaves. Saute until the dals turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped raw mango, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the mango becomes soft.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to use raw mangoes that are slightly sour for the best flavor.
  • You can adjust the spice level according to your preference by adding more or less red chili powder.
  • For added crunch, you can also add roasted peanuts or cashews to the dish.
