I love mangoes in every form. Today I have made mango peda from milk powder and mango. Peda is a traditional Indian sweet made from milk.
STEP 1.Blend sugar with mango pulp in blender jar.
STEP 2.In a pan, heat ghee and add milk.
STEP 3.Now add mango pulp and sugar mixture, stir well making sure everything is well combined.
STEP 4.Now add milk powder and mix well making sure there are no lumps.
STEP 5.Stir continuously and cook on low flame, the mixture thickens after 5 minutes.
STEP 6.In last, add cardamom powder and mix well.
STEP 7.After 15 minutes, the mixture starts to separate from the pan.
STEP 8.Transfer the prepared mixture into a greased plate and spread evenly.
STEP 9.Cool for 5 minutes, make ball-sized peda and give your favourite shape.
STEP 10.Decorate as you want and store in fridge.
