  • STEP 2.Reduce the heat and simmer until the milk thickens and reduces to half its original quantity.
  • STEP 3.Add the mango puree and sugar to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 4.Remove the pan from heat and let the mixture cool down slightly.
  • STEP 5.Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into small pedas.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with chopped nuts and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
