STEP 1.Take one heavy bottom pan add ghee. Add vermicelli and roast till golden brown. Do not over roast.
STEP 2.Add milk and bring it to boil.Now simmer on lower flame until vermicelli gets completely cooked,Then add sugar and crushed cardamoms and stir it until sugar dissolves.
STEP 3.Then turn off the flame and let the kheer get completely cooled.
STEP 4.Then add mango purée to it and mix it well, Add all the dry fruits and put it into freeze for two hrs.Serve it delicious dessert chilled.
