STEP 1.Take agar agar powder in a saucepan, add water to it & heat up it.
STEP 2.Keep stirring & cook on low flame.Cook until it completely dissolved & the water is clear.Switch off the flame & set it aside to cool down a bit.
STEP 3.Take choppedmangoes in the mixer jar , add sugar to it & make a puree .
STEP 4.Add the puree to agar agar mixture & mix well.
STEP 5.Keep a glass tilted on a muffin pan.Pour mango agar agar mixture till half of the glass is reached.Set aside to set in the fridge.
STEP 6.Now take milk in a container.Add fresh cream to it.Add sugar & vanilla essence to it.
STEP 7.Mix well until sugar completely dissolves.Transfer the mixture to a pan & allow fir a gentle boil.
STEP 8.Take agar agar powder in a saucepan, add water to it & heat it up.
STEP 9.Add it to the milk, fresh cream mixture & stir well.Swith off the flame & cool it slightly.
STEP 10.Pour it into the glass as the second layer to make sure the first layer is set completely.
STEP 11.Refrigerate it again till it will completely set.
STEP 12.Serve the delicious mango panna cotta chilled.
