Directions: Mango Mojito Recipe
STEP 1.1) Peel and cut the mango into small pieces, add water and puree in a mixer. 2) you may add the sugar now if you are going to use club soda
STEP 2..3) cut the lemon into small pieces and pound it lightly.
STEP 3.4) add some mint leaves while pounding.
STEP 4.5) apply cut lemon on the glass rim , upset the glass and press the rim on the salt in a plate.
STEP 5.6) the salt will stick to the glass rim
STEP 6.7) keep the glass upright and pour the mango puree upto half the glass height.
STEP 7.8) fill the remaining with Sprite
STEP 8.9) Add the pounded lemon and mint leaves.
STEP 9.10) 1 mango will give you three glasses.
STEP 10.11) Stir well 12) Garnish with lime rind on edge of glass.
STEP 11.13) Say cheers.
