Ingredients for Mango Milk Cake Recipe

  • 1/4 g amul gold milk
  • 12.50 gms Sugar
  • 3/4 pieces Mango
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • A Few Pistachio for garnishing

Directions: Mango Milk Cake Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil Milk till remain in half quantity.
  • STEP 2.Now add 1tbsp .sugar and stir.
  • STEP 3.Wash peel and chopp mango into pieces.And churn .Make smooth pulp. Add in a milk.Add 1tbsp.sugar and stir continuously till mango pulp merged.
  • STEP 4.Lastly add remaining sugar . And add ghee mix properly.
  • STEP 5.Transfer in a cake mould. Set for4-5hrs.Cut into pieces.and serve.
  • STEP 6.Yummy delicious Mango Milk cake is ready to serve.
