Ingredients for Mango mawa modak Recipe

  • 50 gm Mawa
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Mango pulp
  • 1 Tbsp Milkmaid
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dryfruits
  • 0.13 Tsp Elaichi powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Ghee

Directions: Mango Mawa Modak Recipe

  • STEP 1.Step 1 💞 First of all clean n wash the mango and take out it's pulp. Now take a mixer jar, add mango pulp milk, milkmaid dryfruits and grind all to a rough consistency.
  • STEP 2.💞 Now take a pan add upon ghee now add crumbled mawa and stir for few mins. Now add upon all the mango mixture of the jar. And mix well. Now add a little milkmaid again in the mixture. Cook all till it become dry and thick consistency. If necessary add nestle milk powder.
  • STEP 3.💞 Now let it cool for an hour. Now greese a modak mould. Fill the mixture and set well. Now demould the modak. Yummy special mango modak is ready now Decorate it as we your choice. 🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭🥭
  • STEP 4.Enjoy with your family.
