Modak is a sweet recipe specially made in Maharashtra to offer lord Ganesha. It is very delicious and liked by almost all.
STEP 1.Step 1 💞 First of all clean n wash the mango and take out it's pulp. Now take a mixer jar, add mango pulp milk, milkmaid dryfruits and grind all to a rough consistency.
STEP 2.💞 Now take a pan add upon ghee now add crumbled mawa and stir for few mins. Now add upon all the mango mixture of the jar. And mix well. Now add a little milkmaid again in the mixture. Cook all till it become dry and thick consistency. If necessary add nestle milk powder.
STEP 3.💞 Now let it cool for an hour. Now greese a modak mould. Fill the mixture and set well. Now demould the modak. Yummy special mango modak is ready now Decorate it as we your choice. ðŸ¥ðŸ¥ðŸ¥ðŸ¥ðŸ¥ðŸ¥
