STEP 1.Peel and chop one mango nicely in small cubes.
STEP 2.Peel and chop other mango and grind it in a mixer with 1 cup of milk.
STEP 3.Take 2 serving glasses. Add mango cubes at bottom. Add half grinded mango pulp in both glasses. Add honey. Add 1 scoop of black currant ice cream. Add chopped cashew nuts, pistachio and cashew nuts. (keep some for garnishing) Add remaining pulp. Add fresh malai, remaining mango cubes and chopped grapes. At the top add mango ice-cream scoop. Serve immediately garnished with chopped cashew nuts and almonds.
