STEP 1.Add semolina, melted butter and oil in a mixing bowl and mix well, cover ot and keep over night or at least 5 hours
STEP 2.When semolina swell, add all purpose flour, powder sugar ,milk powder, salt ,nut meg powder, baking powder and mix well
STEP 3.Add yeast and sugar with 1/4 cup Lukewarm water and keep aside to prove
STEP 4.Add proven yeast, milk, vanilla extract and mix well and again keep aside for 1 hour to swell
STEP 5.Now prepare the filling, add mango puree and sugar in a pan cook till thick
STEP 6.Now add roasted nuts, roasted khus khus and mix
STEP 7.Finally add butter , transfer in bowl and keep in fridge to set
STEP 8.When set make small and even balls and keep aside
STEP 9.Now see the semolina mixture, make small and even size balls of this, Now fill the set mango balls in this and cover this from all sides
STEP 10.Now press this and give the shape of ur choice,place small small balls in centre and sprinkle some khus khus, and bake this in preheated over for 20 minutes from both side
STEP 11.When done left out, rest to cool, serve and enjoy
