Kheerni is a traditional sindhi kheer made on all the auspecious and festive days in most of the sindhi homes. Today i given it a little twist and made it with mango flavour.
Ingredients for Mango Kheerni/Sabudana Kheer With Mango Recipe
1/4 liter Milk
0.13 cup Sabudana/sago
1 Green cardamom
0.19 cup Sugar
1.75-2 Kesar/saffron ..... threads
1/4 pinch salt ........... half
0.06 teaspoon Ghee
As required pistachios and almonds ... a few
1/4 cup mango pulp
