Kheer is an Indian dessert recipe, which is like a pudding traditionally made with milk, sugar, rice and some dry fruits. It can be made in so many different flavours. Since there is mango season is going on, So I have made mango kheer which was heavenly delicious.

Ingredients for Mango Kheer Recipe

  • 0.07 cup 1/3 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1/5 litre 1 litre milk
  • 1/10 cup 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/10 cup 1/2 cup Mango pulp
  • 1/5 tbsp 1 tbsp Pistachios
  • 1.80 Pieces 9 Almonds
  • 1/5 tbsp 1 tbsp Milk powder
  • 1/10 tsp 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/5 tsp 1 tsp Kewda

Directions: Mango Kheer Recipe

  • STEP 1.• Boil milk and add washed basmati rice.

  • STEP 2.Let it boil and cook on low heat till rice cooked well

  • STEP 3.Add chopped almonds and cook for 5 minutes.

  • STEP 4.Add sugar, milk powder and mix well.

  • STEP 5.Add mango pulp, kewda essence and cardamom powder, mix well and switch off the heat.

  • STEP 6.Transfer in serving dish and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
