STEP 2.Now when the ghee is hot in 1 pan, add the mango pulp. (I have taken saffron mango here which is not sour but sweet.) Soak the mango for 2 minutes. Now add sugar in it.
STEP 3.When the sugar melts, add crushed cashew nuts and milk powder. Mix everything thoroughly. Keep the gas and flame slow here.
STEP 4.Now put ghee in 1 plastic and weave it like a loaf of cashew slices. Now cut it with a paddle.
STEP 5.Garnish with pistachio nuts. Mango cashew nuts are ready.
