Ingredients for Mango kajukatli Recipe

  • 1/4 g Ripe mango pulp
  • 1/4 Cup Bowl cashews
  • 1/4 g Bowl sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 0.13 Cup Bowl milk powder
  • 1/2 drop s Orange Foodcolor
  • as required Chopped pistachio

Directions: Mango Kajukatli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Slightly crush the cashews in a mixer.
  • STEP 2.Now when the ghee is hot in 1 pan, add the mango pulp. (I have taken saffron mango here which is not sour but sweet.) Soak the mango for 2 minutes. Now add sugar in it.
  • STEP 3.When the sugar melts, add crushed cashew nuts and milk powder. Mix everything thoroughly. Keep the gas and flame slow here.
  • STEP 4.Now put ghee in 1 plastic and weave it like a loaf of cashew slices. Now cut it with a paddle.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with pistachio nuts. Mango cashew nuts are ready.
