Ingredients for Mango Icecream Recipe

  • 1/4 g Ripe mango
  • 1/4 Kg liter milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.31 cup Sugr
  • 0.31 Cup Condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/4 inch Pinch yellow food colour
  • 1 g lazed cherry
  • 1 Pieces Mint leave

Directions: Mango Icecream Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel the mango and cut it into pieces and make a paste in the mixer. Heat milk and add sugar and condensed milk to a boil Mix cornflour in a bowl Now add the dissolved cornflour to the milk and cook till it becomes thick. Now let the cornflour and milk cool down and put it in the mixer and stir it along with adding mango paste and mix it. Add food color and mix Put the mango mixture in a tin and keep it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
  • STEP 2.After 12 hours, take out the ice cream from the freezer and stir it in the mixer once again. Now put the cut pieces of mango in the ice cream and mix it and put it in a plastic box. Cover the plastic box with a plastic sheet and put it back in the refrigerator for 12 hours Now take out from the box freezer, put in an ice cream glass and garnish with glazed cherries and mint leaves. Homemade Delicious Mango Ice Cream is ready
