Mango is eaten with great fervor in summer, it is one such fruit from which many delicious dishes can be made. Homemade mango ice cream looks very tasty, it is prepared by blending mango with milk and cream and freezing it. You can eat it anytime, you can also serve it as a dessert after dinner. It is very much liked by children and adults.

Ingredients for Mango ice-cream Recipe

  • 1/4 g Mangoes
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 0.06 cup Cream
  • 0.06 tsp Cardamom powder
  • to taste Sugar

Directions: Mango Ice-cream Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash the mango, then peel the mango and cut it into pieces.
  • STEP 2.Put mango pulp sugar, milk, cream, cardamom powder in a mixer jar.
  • STEP 3.Mix all the ingredients well in the mixer till smooth.
  • STEP 4.Pour the ice cream mixture into the mold, then cover the mold with a stick.Keep it in the fridge for 6 to 8 hours, when set,
  • STEP 5.take it out of the mold and serve delicious cold cold mango ice cream.
