STEP 1.🥭 First, dust the sugar into powder and paste the mango pieces to preqpare mango pulp.
STEP 2.🥭 Now add 0.5 cup powdered sugar in the mango pulp and heat it to boil till tge mixture is transparent. This will be utilized as cake topping to bring the glaze.
STEP 3.🥭 Take a frying pan, brush white oil and spread maida on the oily surface evenly to coat the surface. This step will make the process easy for the cake to be detached from the pan after baking. The cake can be baked in the cake mould or in pressure cooker also following the same process.
STEP 4.🥭 Now, for the cake batter, beat oil, remaining sugar powder and 2 table spoon mango pulp.
STEP 5.🥭 Mix maida, baking powder and baking soda together, strain the mixture well.
STEP 6.🥭 Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture. Don't stir much, it will ruin the working power of baking powder.
STEP 7.🥭 Now pour this mixture into the frying pan, tap and cover it with a lid.
STEP 8.🥭 Put it in low flame for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 9.🥭 Prick a stick into the cake before turning the flame off. If the stick comes out as clear, the cake is ready.
STEP 10.🥭 Now, demould the cake and pour mango pulp on top of it for the glaze.
STEP 11.🥭 Decor it with fresh cream as you wish. It is now ready to serve.
