Ingredients for Mango Frooti Recipe

  • 0.07 kg Ripe Mango pulp of 'Rajapuri mango
  • 0.07 kg Sugar
  • 1 gm citric acid ( limbu na ful)

Directions: Mango Frooti Recipe

  • STEP 1. Take a grinding jar n pour half portion of mango pulp in it
  • STEP 2. Add half portion of sugar n half portion of citric Acid
  • STEP 3.Now churn it, n pour in bowl
  • STEP 4.Same procedure with rest ingredients
  • STEP 5. Pour the all grainding material n mix quickly n properly
  • STEP 6. Now transfer in glass jar of broad lid jar
  • STEP 7.Keep in a freezer for 1 year
  • STEP 8.For preparation of serve
  • STEP 9.Take a serving glass.
  • STEP 10.Take a big spoon of mango frooti mixture n pour the serving glass
  • STEP 11. Add ice cubes n chilled water n mix properly
  • STEP 12.Mango Frooti is ready to serve
  • STEP 13.Not: For masking of original Mango Frooti, only use ripe mango of 'Rajapuri mango'
