Ingredients for Mango flavour khaman dhokla Recipe
1/4 cup Chickpea flour
0.13 cup Semolina
1/4 cup water
1/4 Pieces Ripe mango
1/2 Pieces green chilli
0.13 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp eno fruit salt
1/5 g asfoiteda (hing)
1/2 tbsp Oil for tempring
1/4 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Lemon juice
3/4 g Green chilli cut into 2 pieces
1.25 Pieces As needed Few Curry leaves
Directions: Mango Flavour Khaman Dhokla Recipe
STEP 1.Gather all the ingredients. Peel the mangoes into pieces and grind them in a mixer along with green chillies.
STEP 2.Mix besan, semolina, sugar, asafoetida and salt in a mixing bowl. Now add mango puree and mix and prepare the batter by adding little water and cover it for 10 minutes.
STEP 3.Till then add water to the steamer, cover it and let it heat up. Grease the plate for making dhokla.Now if the mixture has become thick then add 2-3 spoons more water. Now add eno, mix well and immediately put it in a greased plate, tap it 1-2 times and place it in a steamer and cover and let it cook for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 4.Now take it out from the steamer and let it cool. After cooling, cut the shape of your choice with a knife.
STEP 5.Tempering --- Heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds to it. Now add green chillies and curry leaves and fry, add water and add sugar. When boiled, turn off the flame and pour it over the dhokla.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve to all. Do it.
