  • 1 Pieces For Dhokla
  • 0.67 Cup Semolina
  • 0.33 Cup Curd
  • 0.33 Tbsp Sugar
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 Cup water
  • 0.33 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 0.33 Tbsp Eno fruit salt
  • 1 Pieces For Tempering
  • 0.33 Tsp Black mustard seeds
  • 0.08 Tsp Asafoetida
  • 0.67 g reen chilly
  • 0.67 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Pieces FOR PIZZA TOPPING
  • 0.33 Cup Mango puree
  • 16.67 Gms Grated cheese
  • 0.67 Tbsp Ripe mango cubes
  • 1 Pieces Cherry
  • A Bunch Mint leaves - for garnishing

Directions: Mango Dhokla Pizza Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl mix together semolina,curd,sugar.salt,lemon juice,oil and water to make smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Keep aside for fifteen mins.
  • STEP 3.Add eno fruit salt for the dhokla batter just before making dhokla and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Pour the batter in a greased plate and steam it for fifteen mins.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan for temperimg and add mustard seeds,asafoetida and green chilly.
  • STEP 6.Pour it over the dhokla
  • STEP 7.Remove and let it cool down.
  • STEP 8.Cut the dhokla into circles using a round cutter.
  • STEP 9.Spread the mango puree over the round dhokla and lastly add the grated cheese,ripe mango cubes.
  • STEP 10.Garnish with cherry and mint leaves.
