Mango Cream Pasta
Mango cream pasta is an innovative chilled dessert which I have tried first time mango with cream and pasta. Give it a try... you must enjoy it 👍🏻
STEP 1.Cook the pasta in sufficient water with salt. Drain the water and rinse it with cold water.
STEP 2.Take a mango, peel it and make purée in blender jar.
STEP 3.In a pan add mango purée and cream. Mix well and cook until mixture starts to get thickens. Add lemon juice and mix well.
STEP 4.Add cardamom powder and black pepper crush. Stir in cooked pasta. Chilled in refrigerator for 1 hr. And here you go... enjoy this summer thanda thanda cool cool pasta mango dessert.
