Ingredients for Mango Cream Pasta Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Cooked elbow pasta
  • 1/4 cup Mango puree
  • 0.13 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom crushed
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

Directions: Mango Cream Pasta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cook the pasta in sufficient water with salt. Drain the water and rinse it with cold water.
  • STEP 2.Take a mango, peel it and make purée in blender jar.
  • STEP 3.In a pan add mango purée and cream. Mix well and cook until mixture starts to get thickens. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add cardamom powder and black pepper crush. Stir in cooked pasta. Chilled in refrigerator for 1 hr. And here you go... enjoy this summer thanda thanda cool cool pasta mango dessert.
