Mango chia pudding is a simple, easy, healthy and delicious pudding. It is a perfect summer treat. It tastes yum when served chilled. . Recipe notes - 1. I have used double toned milk bought from @verka 2. Add sweetener according to taste.

Ingredients for Mango chia pudding Recipe

  • 0.31 cup Milk
  • 3/4 tbsp Honey
  • 3/4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1/4 Pieces Mango finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped mangoes
  • 1/4 tbsp pista chopped
  • 1/4 tbsp Melon seeds

Directions: Mango Chia Pudding Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add milk, honey and vanilla essence. Mix well until honey dissolves properly. Add chia seeds and mix.

  • STEP 2.Cover and keep aside or in the fridge for 2- 3 hours until it blooms properly. After 3 hours it has bloomed perfectly.

  • STEP 3.Take a serving glass. Add chopped mangoes at the bottom. Add pudding.
  • STEP 4.Top with few chopped mango, pista and melon seeds. Mango chia pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
