Mango chia pudding is a simple, easy, healthy and delicious pudding. It is a perfect summer treat. It tastes yum when served chilled.

Recipe notes -
1. I have used double toned milk bought from @verka
2. Add sweetener according to taste.
STEP 1.In a bowl add milk, honey and vanilla essence. Mix well until honey dissolves properly. Add chia seeds and mix.
STEP 2.Cover and keep aside or in the fridge for 2- 3 hours until it blooms properly. After 3 hours it has bloomed perfectly.
STEP 3.Take a serving glass. Add chopped mangoes at the bottom. Add pudding.
STEP 4.Top with few chopped mango, pista and melon seeds. Mango chia pudding is ready. Serve chilled.
