STEP 1.1-Puree all the ingredients in a food processor.
STEP 2.Pour the peeled chopped mango , curds ,malai milk puree into a shallow freezer proof container.
STEP 3.Freeze until slushy for about 4-6 hours.
Transfer it to a blender add butter scotch ice cream and liquidise till it is slushy.
STEP 4.
Serve immediately in serving glasses , garnished with ice, mint or crushed almonds. 😋💖
