Ingredients for Mango butter scotch phalooda shake Recipe

  • 1 g Alphonso mango
  • 1 g 1 cup malai milk
  • 1 cup Fresh curds
  • 1 A Pinch 1 table spoon mint leaves (optional)pinch of cardamom powder
  • 2 g tbs sugar
  • 4 Pieces ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp Crushed almonds
  • 1 tbsp butter scotch ice cream

Directions: Mango Butter Scotch Phalooda Shake Recipe

  • STEP 1.1-Puree all the ingredients in a food processor.

  • STEP 2.Pour the peeled chopped mango , curds ,malai milk puree into a shallow freezer proof container.

  • STEP 3.Freeze until slushy for about 4-6 hours. Transfer it to a blender add butter scotch ice cream and liquidise till it is slushy.

  • STEP 4. Serve immediately in serving glasses , garnished with ice, mint or crushed almonds. 😋💖
