Ingredients for Mango Butter Cookies Recipe

  • 25 g Wheat flour
  • 12.50 g maida
  • 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 0.06 cup Mango pulp
  • 20 g Butter
  • 0.19 cup Icing sugar
  • 1/2 pieces Cardamon powder
  • 0.13 tsp Baking powder
  • A Pinch Orange colour pinch

Directions: Mango Butter Cookies Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix butter and icing sugar in a bowl. And beat with electric beater.Add mango puree and churn.Add cardamom powder and orange food colour. Now sieve maida wheat flour cornflour and baking powder. And mix with spetula. Cover and keep it in a fridge for 1/2hr.
  • STEP 2.Now take a bowl and make a mid. Size balls. Grease butter in a tray. Pre heat oven and bake 15-20 min. On 160* temp
  • STEP 3.Allow it to cool and Serve or store in a air tight container.Delicious Mango butter Cookies is ready to serve.
