Ingredients for Mango Brulee Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Mango puree
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 0.17 cup Fresh cream
  • 0.67 tbsp Cream cheese
  • a pinch Salt
  • 0.33 tbsp Corn flour
  • 0.33 tsp Agar agar powder
  • 0.33 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 0.17 cup Sugar for Caramelized
  • 0.33 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 pieces Mango slice

Directions: Mango Brulee Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add corn flour in cool milk and keep aside, add agar agar powder in water and keep aside For bloom
  • STEP 2.Add mango puree, milk, corn flour mixture and sugar in a bowl and cook on low flame
  • STEP 3.Now add cream cheese, butter and fresh cream in this one by one
  • STEP 4.Now add agar agar mixture and vanilla essence in this and cook on low flame, when mixture become semi solid transfer in separate oven safe bowl
  • STEP 5.Now keep this bowl in baking dish, pour some water to dip the the bowl half, cover the bowl with aluminum foil and bake this in preheated oven for 30 mins in 160 to 170
  • STEP 6.Now left out rest to cool and keep in this fridge to set properly
