Ingredients for Mango bread malai rolls Recipe

  • 2 Pieces slices bread
  • 15 gram Cream
  • 25 gram Sweet kova
  • 75 gram Sugar
  • 1/2 litre Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Mango pieces
  • 1 tsp Chopped dry fruits
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Mango puree
  • 1/2 tsp Mango essence

Directions: Mango Bread Malai Rolls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan and add milk, sugar, and sweet kova and 15gm of cream.and now add cardamom powder and mix it well..after some minutes place this felling in a refrigerator. Then add mango essence and mango puree.
  • STEP 2.Take the bread slice, apply cream on the inner side and some mango pieces and roll the slices very nicely .
  • STEP 3.Place the roll in a serving plate and add mango mixture on the rolls and preparation.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with dry Fruits and serve cold.
