  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the grated mangoes, grated coconut, finely chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and salt.
  • STEP 3.In a small pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds start spluttering, add curry leaves and saut茅 for a few seconds.
  • STEP 4.Pour the tempering over the mango-coconut mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Allow the flavors to blend for about 10 minutes before serving.
