Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together finely chopped vegetables like cabbage, carrots, and capsicum.
  • STEP 2.Add cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, and salt to the vegetables. Mix well to form a thick mixture.
  • STEP 3.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into small circles. Place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center of each circle and fold it into a semi-circle. Seal the edges properly.
  • STEP 4.Heat a griddle or tawa and cook the stuffed paratha on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 5.Serve hot with spicy sauce or chutney.
