Ingredients for Manchow soup Recipe

  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • As required Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • As required Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp green chilies
  • As required Chopped
  • 1/2 cups ½Mixed Vegetable
  • As required finely chopped (Cabbage
  • As required Carrot
  • As required green beans)
  • 1.50 cups vegetable stock/water
  • 1/2 tbsp Green chili sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required ½ tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp (Mix with water)

Directions: Manchow Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a wok on high flame.
  • STEP 2.Add garlic, ginger, green chilies and saute.
  • STEP 3.Add vegetables and saute for 2mins.
  • STEP 4.Now add water and let it come to a boil.
  • STEP 5.Now add sauces and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add salt and pepper and simmer for 4-5 mins.
  • STEP 7.Now add corn flour slurry and cook till thickened. Turn off the flame.
  • STEP 8.Serve piping hot
