STEP 1.Chop all veggies. It should be finely chopped.
STEP 2.Boil Noodles. Drain water let it cool. Coat the noodles with cornflour, Heat oil in Kadai n deep fry till Crispy.
Take a wok or deep vessel, add butter or oil saute all veggies one by one n remove.
Add oil, add chopped garlic, grated ginger, onion, white of spring onion, saute for a minute.
Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper powder, stir
Then add water, add corn slury cook for 5 min then add sauted veggies and boil for another 2-3 min. Add spring onion. Switch off the flame.
See to it that veggies are not over cooked it should be crunchy.
Last while serving in bowl add fried noodles as per u like.
