Ingredients for MANCHOW NOODLES SOUP Recipe

  • 0.13 cup carrot chopped
  • 0.13 cup Cabbage
  • 0.13 cup beans chopped
  • 0.13 cup Onion Chopped
  • 0.13 cup Spring onion
  • 0.13 cup Capsicum
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 0-1/2 nos Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce/Green
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves - chopped (AI)
  • As required Salt
  • As required Sugar
  • As required Water
  • As required Oil
  • As required for fried noodles:
  • 1/2 cup Noodles - boiled
  • 1/2 tbsp Corn-starch
  • As required Oil For Frying
  • As required for slurry:
  • 1 tbsp heapedCorn-starch
  • As required Water

Directions: Manchow Noodles Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop all veggies. It should be finely chopped.
  • STEP 2.Boil Noodles. Drain water let it cool. Coat the noodles with cornflour, Heat oil in Kadai n deep fry till Crispy. Take a wok or deep vessel, add butter or oil saute all veggies one by one n remove. Add oil, add chopped garlic, grated ginger, onion, white of spring onion, saute for a minute. Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, black pepper powder, stir Then add water, add corn slury cook for 5 min then add sauted veggies and boil for another 2-3 min. Add spring onion. Switch off the flame. See to it that veggies are not over cooked it should be crunchy. Last while serving in bowl add fried noodles as per u like.
