  • 2.25 Y Leaves
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • as per your need Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it is browned on all sides.
  • STEP 5.Add the spice powders - coriander, cumin, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Pour in the coconut milk and water. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
