Ingredients for Malai Thandai laddu #BSK Recipe

  • 1/20 Litre Full cream milk
  • 0.03 Cup Milk powder
  • 1/20 Cup Suger
  • 2.50 g Mawa
  • 0.40 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/10 Tsp Kwara Water
  • 1/10 Tbsp thandai masala
  • 0.60 A Few Few threads of kesar

Directions: Malai Thandai Laddu #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first crumble paneer using your finger.,
  • STEP 2.The crumble paneer to a mixer jar along with full cream milk , kesar, cardamom, mawa, pinch of salt.
  • STEP 3.Grind to a very smooth paste. If required add some more milk then add suger.,
  • STEP 4.Take a wide pan , transfar the ground paste.
  • STEP 5.Switch on the Flame. Keep the flame on medium and stir in regular intervals.,add some milk powder into it .
  • STEP 6.After sometime observe that the mixture will start thickening.kerp stirring.,
  • STEP 7.Once the mixture starts leaving the surface and becomes a single lumo, its done
  • STEP 8..then add kwara water and mix it well.,
  • STEP 9.The laddu mixture transfar to a ghee greased plate and allow it ti cool a bit. Once warm, knead it well,and add make small balls add some thandai masala into the laddu and arrange on butterpaper.
  • STEP 10.Decorated with silver leafs and sliced pistachios. That yummy malai thandai laddu.ready to eat
