Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped vegetables like carrots, peas, and potatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a blender, blend cashews with water to make a smooth paste. Add this paste to the pan along with cream, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook in the creamy gravy for about 10-15 minutes or until they are tender.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
