This malai or fresh cream muffin is an amazing recipe for anyone with sweet cravings. This was preserved in my diary since my childhood, i probably inherited this traditional method of baking from my mother. I tried baking this after a long time, on the evening of janamashtmi and believe me it's so soft, spongy and tasty that no one can stop at one. I gobbled up two instantly after offering it to my kanha (god)!.
