STEP 1.For Gravy....a). Take a pan , add oil , heat it . Add zeera , choti elaichi , dalchini & kali mirch , saute it for a sec .
STEP 2.b). In goes onion , stir fry until pink . Add ginger garlic , saute it for a minute .
STEP 3.c). Now add tomato & kaju , mix it well . In goes green chilli , stir fry it for 2 minutes.
STEP 4.d). Add 1/2 cup water , give a stir . Cover it after a boil . Cook it until tomato becomes mushy . Cool it down .
STEP 5.e). Grind it to a fine paste , strain it , keep aside .
STEP 6.For Stuffing.....a). Take a mixing bowl , add all the given ingredients .
STEP 7.b). Add salt & pepper powder , mix it well . Keep aside .
STEP 8.Fir Koftas..... a). Take a mixing bowl , add all the given ingredients of kofta . Mix it thoroughly till smooth .
STEP 9.b). Take small portions , roll it , flatten it , fill it with lil stuffing .
STEP 10.c). Seal the edges , roll it again , make kofta. Now do the same to make all koftas . Keep aside.
STEP 11.Lets make gravy first.....a). Taje a wok , add oil & ghee , heat it .
STEP 12.b). Add tejpatta , saute it for a sec . In goes diluted ginger garlic paste , saute it until rawness is released .
STEP 13.c). Add Kashmiri red chilli powder , stir it , add very lil water to avoid burning .
STEP 14.d). Now add gravy masala , also add 1/2 cup water , mix it well . Cook it for a minute .
STEP 15.e). In goes haldi powder , dhania powder , red chilli powder & salt , mix it well .
STEP 16.f). Lower the flame , cover it with the lid , cook it until oil has oozed out .
STEP 17.g). Open the lid , increase the flame , add garam masala powder & sugar , mix it well .
STEP 18.h). Now add fresh cream , mix it well . Cover it again , cook it on low flame until oil has surfaced .
STEP 19.i). Open the lid , increase the flame , add 1/2 cup water , mix it well . Give a boil .
STEP 20.j). Lower the flame , cook it covered for 3 minutes .
STEP 21.k). Turn off the flame , open the lid after 10 minutes .
STEP 22.Now take a wok , add good amount of oil , heat it .
STEP 23.Moderate the flame , deep fry koftas 2 at a time very carefully till brown . Make all koftas in the same manner .
STEP 24.Take a dish , add gravy & kofta , garnish it with fresh cream & slitted green chilli .
STEP 25.Can be served along with Tandoori Roti , Nan , Roomali Roti or Lachcha Paratha ...
