STEP 1.Bring into boil in a deep pan 1 ½ cup of water Add 1 ¼ tsp of salt and 1 tsp of ghee.
STEP 2.Add roasted rice flour. Turn down the flame to a low heat.
STEP 3.Mix the ingredients well and completely turn down the flame.
STEP 4.Let it cool for a minute. Apply some ghee onto the palms and knead the batter to form a dough while still warm.
STEP 5.Take small balls each from the dough.
STEP 6.Toss the dough in rice flour before rolling. With the help of a rolling board and pin,make really thin sheets of pathiri.
STEP 7.Set a pan on the stove.
STEP 8.Cook the pathiri on a medium flame tossing the sides till pale yellow.
