STEP 1.Soak 1 cup white rice in water for 30 minutes. Drain out the water.
Cooking Directions
STEP 1.In a pan take 1 cup of water,1 cup of coconut milk, 1 cup of soaked white rice and a pinch of salt.
STEP 2.Cook with the lid covered on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
STEP 3.Add 1 cup of filtered melted jaggery and 1 cup of grated coconut into the rice and gently mix.
STEP 4.Cook in a low flame for 10 minutes.
