Directions: Makke Di Roti Recipe

  • STEP 1.Prepare dough of the flour by mixing well.
  • STEP 2.Apply ghee to the dough and leave it to raise
  • STEP 3.Remove and with the back of your wrist rub it hard in a plate
  • STEP 4.again make round dough
  • STEP 5.make pedas of desired thickness of roti and shape
  • STEP 6.heat the iron skillet
  • STEP 7.make roti of the ppedas with your palms only
  • STEP 8.put it on the girdle and roast till done
