Ingredients for Makhon Chingri Recipe

  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 0.67 Pieces Onion (sliced )
  • 83.33 g Prawn
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 0.33 Cup Milk
  • 0.67 Tsp Crushed black pepper powder

Directions: Makhon Chingri Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pre heated kadai add butter. Then add prawns , some salt and turmeric powder. Fry it for 3 mins. Then add sliced onion. Fry another 3 mins. Then add kashmiri red chilli powder, salt , turmeric powder . Fry another 2 mins. Then add milk . Cover the kadai with a lid and simmer the gas. 5 mins later remove the lid. Add crushed black pepper powder and mix it. Then turn off the gas. Serve with steamed rice.
