STEP 1.In a pan dry roast the makhana until it become little brown on the top or you feel crunch sound while roast them.
STEP 2.Dry roast peanuts .
STEP 3.Dry roast cashew also.
STEP 4.Add salt , pepper and chaat masala mix resin also mix everything and serve.
STEP 5.If you are not concern about fat, you can add butter or oil while roasting.
STEP 6.If you want to eat this during fasting avoid chaat masala.
STEP 7.You can add some other things like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds etc
