STEP 1.Take a pan , add makhana , dry roast it for 10 minutes so that extra moisture evaporates .
STEP 2.Take out in a bowl , keep aside .
STEP 3.Now add 1 tbsp ghee in the same pan , fry kaju , badam & peanuts until light brown . Keep aside.
STEP 4.Add rest of the ghee in the same pan , heat it .
STEP 5.Moderate the flame , add green chilli & dhania patta , saute it for a minute.
STEP 6.Now add makhana , badam , kaju & peanuts one by one, stir fry it for 2 minutes.
STEP 7.Sprinkle salt , red chilli powder & black pepper powder , stir fry it until makhana turns a lil brown.
STEP 8.Turn off the flame , take out in a serving bowl .
STEP 9.Have it during Vrat ..
